At MYSTARTUPWAVE, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.

2No Return Policy

Important: MYSTARTUPWAVE does not offer a return policy for our services. Since we provide custom software development and digital services that are tailored to your specific requirements, these services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Once work has commenced or been delivered, it cannot be returned. All sales are considered final once services are rendered or deliverables are provided.

3Project Cancellation

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to us. However, cancellation policies vary based on the stage of the project:

  • Before Work Commences: If you cancel before we begin any work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund minus any administrative fees, as specified in your service agreement.
  • During Active Development: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all completed work and work-in-progress up to the cancellation date. Refunds will be provided only for work not yet started.
  • After Delivery: Once deliverables have been provided and accepted (or deemed accepted after the acceptance period), no refunds will be provided.

3.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Unreasonable demands or abusive behavior
  • Legal or ethical concerns regarding the project

In such cases, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charges.
  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to our fault (not including client delays), you may be eligible for a refund of the unserved portion.
  • Early Cancellation: As specified in your service agreement, refunds for early cancellation will be calculated based on work completed and administrative costs.

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Services have been fully delivered and accepted (or deemed accepted)
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Failure to provide required information or feedback in a timely manner
  • Requested changes or modifications that differ from the original scope
  • Delays caused by client-side issues or third-party dependencies
  • Any period exceeding 30 days from the date of payment (unless otherwise specified in your agreement)

5. Refund Process

  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

6. Payment Milestones and Cancellation

Many of our projects operate on a milestone-based payment structure. If you cancel a project:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Payments for incomplete milestones may be refunded, minus costs for work already in progress
  • Any advance payments will be applied to work completed, with remaining balance refunded as applicable

7. Revisions and Modifications

Instead of returns, we offer revisions and modifications to completed work:

  • Revisions within the original scope are typically included
  • Major changes or scope modifications may incur additional charges
  • Please refer to your specific service agreement for revision policies

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute charges, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. For projects already in progress, the policy in effect at the time of project initiation will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
