Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables (except third-party components) will be transferred to you, subject to our right to use them in our portfolio and marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed).
5Payment Terms

7Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYSTARTUPWAVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information you share with us and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
10Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
- With written notice to the other party
- Immediately in case of a material breach
- Upon completion of the agreed services
Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
11Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
12Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
